RIP Ronaldphonics

The world famous Hollerboard is now dead. The board's swan song, the leaking of Kevin Federline's single, turned out to be what killed it off when insane bandwith spikes cost Diplo $700, and he got pissed and shut the thing down. It was pointed out that they could have found a new server, but Wes is down in Brazil right now getting crazy with Brazillian baile jawns, and he decided he didn't want to fuck with it. Without an internet outlet to sustain me, I'll probably be using less slang (you can sleep well again Kait). I'm going to try and at least keep up with using the word "jawn" (I mean really, it's so good), but no promises.

Top 5 Things Lately:

1) Baltimore Gutter Music
2) Cold Weather
3) Gin and Tonics
4) Free Pizza
5) Art lectures (weird!)

New mix tonight if I have time. If not, then tomorrow. Whatever.

Wholphin!

Sometimes McSweeny's just isn't good enough. You might say to yourself, "I mean this is good and all, but I wish I could be watching it on my television instead of reading it on a website." Well, now McSweeney's has given us the answer to that prayer, in the form of Wholphin

"Wholphin is a new quarterly DVD magazine lovingly encoded with unique and ponderable films designed to make you feel the way we felt when we learned that dolphins and whales sometimes, you know, do it."

amazing.

Also, everyone go get the new Lemon-Red Monthly Mix Tape by DJ Benzi. The Diplo remix of "I'm Wit Da Girls" is straight videogame/baile drums fire, and the Ludacris remix of "Luxurious" by Gwen Stefani is amazing (and blends really well with Stay Fly, but I shouldn't give too much of that away yet).

New things on the horizon, expect a new mix out sometime this weekend. The focus of this one is booty bass. Your ass will shake even if you're sitting down.
