Worst things about finishing a chipotle burrito:

- The architecture of the burrito slowly comes unraveled, until it is all over the place. This complicates the process of eating.

- You are out of burrito.

If I told you I wanted to sit you down in your bedroom
and sing you songs, and tell you secrets
and read you books by strange and fantastic people
would you let me?

If I told you that I wanted to kiss you on the lips
softly, but then a bit harder
and then kiss you on the cheek
and watch you walk to your front door
would you let me?

If I told you I was leaving in two months
that I had to go, no matter what
and that regardless of what you say, I am walking away
would you let me?

If I wanted to come back
to swallow pride
to admit guilt
would you let me?

Redesign!

Day in and day out it is all the same. I can't wait to go back to school.

"well we sat on the edge of the river
the crowd screamed "sacrifice the liver"
if god takes life he's an indian giver
so tell me now why, you'll tell me never
who would want to be
who would want to be such a control freak
well who would want to be
who would want to be such a control freak?"

"if god controls the land and disease
and keeps a watchful eye on me
if he's really so damn mighty
well my problem is i can't see
well who would want to be
who would want to be such a control freak
well who would want to be
who would want to be such a control freak?"

I get so tired of everything

update:

- Home life is starting to take its toll on my sanity
- I am taking a math class at TCC. It is actually kind of hard.
- I have started freelancing for the Star-Telegram
- I have an interview tomorrow at the Dallas Morning News for yet another freelancing position
- The money made from said freelancing jobs is taking the place of a real job this summer
- The police here still suck
- I miss Missouri a little bit
- I miss New York alot
- This blog might be changing format; into a log of telephone messages that people leave for me. I dont know, whatever you think I guess.
- I get older every day
- My hairline recedes a bit more, but the hair I have keeps getting longer. The whole thing drips with irony.
- I need to call Derek Terry again
- I will be attending a showing of "Napoleon Dynamite" on friday night (6/11) and anyone who I have ever met is invited to attend
- Only a few people read this, if any at all
- Brian Harkin, despite a lull in activity, is still a fantastic photojournalist
- I want to become vegan, but I have huge amounts of loyalty to cheese and milk
- Graphing linear inequalities is really easy once you remember how to factor
- Most of my money is spent on cigarettes
- Another huge part of it is spent on coffee
- Coffee and Cigarettes, despite a few slow parts, was really funny
- I also buy alot of records, and need to buy more. The problem is that there are so many of them to begin with. Recording artists should take a break so I can have time to catch up.
- I am hungry
- I am eating macaroni and cheese
- I am less hungry
- The act of sleeping sometimes feels like time travel, and other times like torture, and then again other times like surrender
