Ok, so

I orginially named this blog "A Conversation With A Homeless Person" after having an amusing conversation with a person who was (probably still is) in fact homeless.

In boston I had a very long, very confusing conversation with a homeless person named Pete Pedian in a Starbucks in Harvard Square. At the end, I gave him my website address, so he could see my work (he requested it). He's started emailing me now, and I've decided to "go back to my roots" by posting our email dialogues here.

I should mention that though Pete was very well spoken in real life, it seems that he learned to type from a 10 year old on AOL Instant Messenger. Though I think some of it is due to some strange email formatting, his typing is Very hard to read. In this first email, so far as I can tell, he's explaining his trouble finding my email address on chrishires.com and then goes on to recomend books that he has found in the Library. When I figure out what I'm going to write back, I'll post that here also. Anyways, here is the first one:

Ok, I'm back. Other Notebook by Andrew Glassner is a book I found this week. By the time I try to explain myself to someone about the book, we'd be at the outer rings of universe (I think this analogy is the best thing I've ever heard)]

So after reviewing the web site he linked to, it's a link to a list of cheat codes for the playstation game Dino Crisis. I have no idea why he would send me this. But I really really hope this keeps up.
