Sebastian Tellier – Sexuality

Lots of hype going for this one (doesn’t hurt that he’s timed the release when American hipsters’ love for french dudes is at an all time high). It reminds me of A Clockwork Orange for some reason. Sounds like a collection of sexual synthesizer hymns, lots of layering and dramatic changes. Put this on during sex and you’ll make love the way Prince does. The album was produced by Daft Punk’s Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, so it definitely has that classic french touch (not the new, dirtier Justice-y french touch). Check out this picture I found:

Isn’t that creepy and awesome? I also recommend having a personal robot to give you production advice for your records.

Windsurf – Windsurf EP

Kind of confusing, cause the dude on the front is actually hanggliding rather than windsurfing, but pay that no mind. This is some really nice balearic disco. Real mellow, sounds like it could almost be the soundtrack to an educational video from the 1980s. Available on vinyl at places that sell vinyl, available by digital download by clicking below.
