Recently I teamed up with the website Capital to create a new mix series called Cut Time. The first mix was released this morning, and features pop songs that are both old and new, as well as a couple Christmas songs to make it seasonally appropriate. I was alerted to this one by the good folks over at Altered Zones, and I’ve been playing it at least once a day since. It’s a really great combination of open-tuning bluegrass guitar works and Indian raga-style drones. Perfect stuff for quiet winter evenings.
